Shape: Use the fine, gritty texture of #1 to shape and file your nails
Smooth: Work #2 back-and-forth to remove stains and ridges
Buff: Work #3 gently to even the surface of your nail bed
Polish: Finish with a polished shine by gently rubbing #4 on your nail bed

Pro-tip:
Don’t buff more than 1-2 times a month! Buffing wears your nail bed to look even and smooth, but buffing too much runs the risk of wearing it down too thin and brittle.
