Powder Puff:

Dab the puff with your favorite Colorbar foundation or setting powder.
Remove excess product by tapping the puff over the top of your hand.
Gently press the puff on your face in a rolling motion, blending the product into your skin.
Clean your puff at least once in two weeks using mild shampoo.
Sponge:

Apply a small amount of product on your face, and blend using the sponge.

Pro-tip:
For a crease-free finish, avoid wiping makeup into your skin. Instead, gently dab and press with a puff or sponge.
